why Stretch Studio?
I've been lucky enough to call Hilton Head home since 1990, and this community is my roots, my joy and my inspiration! After discovering the power of practitioner-assisted stretching in 2018, I knew I wanted to bring this work to my community in a way that is personal, intentional, and far from corporate! Stretch Studio opened its doors in July 2025 with one simple intention: to help people move with more freedom, ease, and energy. Whether you're looking to improve mobility, or simply feel longer, looser and lighter, no matter you're level of activity, I'm here to support you -one stretch at a time!
